On Saturday the world woke up to horrific news that Israel was in a state of war. Ever since Israel has received immense support from leaders and most of the world at large. Kenyan activist Boniface Mwangi however has contrary thoughts
On an Instagram post, Boniface Mwangi expressed that Israel was committing war crimes by killing innocent Palestinians. He pointed out that Israel was openly letting the world know their intention.
“Israel’s defense minister ordered a ‘complete siege’ of Gaza; power to be cut and food and fuel to be blocked. The genocide has begun. Palestinians are not Hamas, and dropping bombs on innocent Palestinian’s homes is punishing the innocent.”
Boniface went ahead to mention what he termed as atrocities Israel was committing as a means of defending itself. He implied that Israel deliberately committed war crimes because they had the support of who he termed as an American Sugar daddy.
The activist accused America of pretending to be morally upright yet it committed atrocities abroad. Boniface added that Netanyahu’s regime was on a mission to wipe out Palestinians and grab their land and the US government was helping him achieve this.
“Sending young Israeli men and women to die instead of finding a peaceful way out is a sign Netanyahu does not want peace, he wants the blood of innocent Palestinians to flow like a river. Unless he wipes out every living Palestinian, the Israelites will forever live in fear.”
Boniface called for a two-state solution and urged Israel to call Palestine to the negotiating table adding that Jerusalem can be a shared capital. He pointed out that Netanyahu’s approach however proved that he did not want peace.
Russian President Vladimir Putin made his first comments on the Israel-Hamas attack instead of empathy he blasted the US stating that the US has a failed policy in the Middle East and tries to monopolize any settlement between Israel and Palestine.
