One lucky punter is waking up a happy person this morning after a Sky Bet £10 ten-fold accumulator netted them nearly £78,000.

The bet was made up of 10 “both score, no draw” selections from Tuesday night’s Carabao Cup fixtures, meaning there had to be at least three goals in each game.

Extra-time didn’t count, so all 10 fixtures had to be settled within 90 minutes.

The punter’s bet was heading into injury time as a loser, but a 91st minute consolation goal for Ipswich against Crystal Palace secured the win.

On loan from Manchester City Bersant Celina was the man who netted for The Blues.

The 10 selections were:

Aston Villa were included in the bet

Aston Villa 4-1 Wigan Athletic – 13/8

Birmingham City 1-2 Bournemouth – 11/8

Cardiff City 1-2 Burton Albion – 13/8

Carlisle United 1-2 Sunderland – 5/4

Brentford’s stunning win over QPR helped the punter

MK Dons 1-4 Swansea – 3/2

Norwich City 4-1 Charlton Athletic – 5/4

QPR 1-4 Brentford – 11/10

Sheffield United 1-4 Leicester City – 11/8

The six remaining Carabao Cup fixtures take place on Wednesday night. The third round draw will take place in Beijing on Thursday, meaning it will happen at 4.15am UK time.
