Winnie Odinga Celebrates Youth Triumph as Boyd Were Wins Kasipul Parliamentary Seat

East Africa Legislative Assembly (EALA) MP Winnie Odinga celebrated Boyd Were’s win in the Kasipul parliamentary by-election. The 27-year-old secured 16,819 votes. His closest rival, Philip Aroko, received 8,476 votes.

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) announced the results at Agoro Sare High School. Supporters cheered loudly.
