The Queen of Katwe star Lupita Nyong’o is celebrating her birthday month with a new found love. The actress was spotted in Mexico with Canadian actor, Joshua Jackson at the beach showing some PDA.
Both actors are coming from serious relationships and had sparked dating rumors back in October last year. The two were spotted at a Janelle Monae concert together. However it was never confirmed whether they were a couple.
Joshua Jackson was married to model Jodie Turner Smith for four years before they got divorced last year. According g to Jodie who filed the divorce, she cited that it was due to irreconcilable differences.
Jodie filed for the divorce in October but according to court document they had separated by September. Jodie and Jackson share a child together, a three year old daughter. During an interview Jodie shared that sometimes what they want to work doesn’t work.
Lupita Nyongo also shared about her break up to Selema Makesela. The two had dated for a year before they broke up. Lupita had shared the reason fir the break up was because of deception.
During her healing journey, the actress even got a cat as she processed and healed. Selema is a sports commentator from Nigeria and the two were public about their relationship that Lupita hoped would last.
