Ladies And Ghetto Men The Ghetto President Eko Dydda launched a football championship yesterday.
Groove Award Winner Eko Dydda has launched a soccer championship (league) that will run for 5 months starting Monday 15th April. Many of us didn’t know this but before Eko Dydda became a gospel singer he was a soccer player from the humble hoods of Mathare North. He has come a long way and as he puts it “To GOD Be The Glory”.
The football league currently self-sponsored by Eko Dydda will incorporate players of Age 12 and below (Under 12 ) as he aims to grow their talent while at tender age. This is quite an amazing initiative aimed at building the young lads so that they may not engage in Social Vices (Crime) which is usually rampant in the ghetto due to lack of employment.
The tournament will involve soccer players from Mathare Kawangware And Kibera.
