Don Moen
Dear Jesus, please be with the victims, those injured and their family members from the Nairobi mall attack today. My heart is heavy for everyone involved. As it says in Psalms 140:6-8
I say to the Lord, “You are my God.”
Hear, Lord, my cry for mercy.
Sovereign Lord, my strong deliverer,
you shield my head in the day of battle.
Do not grant the wicked their desires, Lord;
do not let their plans succeed.
Give the leadership in Nairobi strength to protect their people and deliver peace to anyone affected from the shooting. I pray for peace in Nairobi and for Jesus to invade the hearts of those that have done this terrible thing today. Amen.
Bishop Jakes
I am so saddened to hear of the deaths and woundings of our Kenyan family! Our prayers are there with you!
