The Plot Twists For Jacque Maribe Amidst New Government Job

It’s a case of he said she said in the ministry of Public Service, performance and delivery management as pertaining to their head of communication and it involves Jacque Maribe, Moses Kuria and a respectable media outlet.

The Public Service Commission (PSC) has dismissed reports that they have appointed former journalist Jacque Maribe. In a statement on Thursday, PSC chairperson Anthony Muchiri asserted that no such appointment has been made and the board has not received any request to employ Maribe.

This comes after media outlets publish the appointment of Jacque Maribe weeks after she had been acquited from the Monica Kimani trial.

Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has denied allegations that he confirmed Jacque Maribe’s appointment as Head of Communications. The former Trade Minister declared that he will report the matter at Directorate of Criminal Investigations.

Lawyer Miguna Muguna has shared his frustrations on the supposed appointment of Jacque Maribe. He is publicly addressing the office of the Director of Public Prosecution and Moses Kuria.

Miguna claims that their is foul play alluding to wrongful appointment and tribalism. He questions whether Maribe had undergone the necessary interview procedures and when the job position was advertised.

Jacque Maribe is yet to comment on any of the plot twist.
